For an Email Marketing Manager/Strategist to join the Kilo Health team. Your role will involve creating and optimizing targeted email campaigns and automations to elevate customer engagement and drive sales. Working alongside our creative and marketing teams, you’ll ensure our email initiatives align with Kilo Health’s brand and strategic objectives. Get ready to

• Work with creative and marketing teams to plan, build, and execute engaging email campaigns and flows that align with Kilo Health brand voice and strategic goals
  
• Analyze email campaign performance, considering factors like seasonality, customer segments, and competitor behavior. Use A/B testing to refine and improve email strategies
  
• Implement triggered and personalized email communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall sales
  
• Perform regular list hygiene to maintain the health of our email database, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  
• Utilize Klaviyo and other email marketing tools to manage, track, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
  
• Bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to the table, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and drive the success of email marketing efforts

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector or digital marketing.
  
• Understand email marketing principles, including design, build, and deliverability, and be well-versed in email best practices such as campaign automation and A/B testing
  
• Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  
• Be proficient in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaign performance
  
• Be a self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2100 - 4200 EUR/month.
