For a Performance Creative to help scale our female health e-commerce brand in the USA through digital channels. In this role, you will develop innovative, data-driven ad campaigns that drive performance. Working closely with our marketing team and ad designers, you’ll create compelling and effective ad content. If you have experience in performance marketing, a passion for creative strategy, and a drive to make an impact in e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you!

Get ready to

• Develop and execute data-driven, high-performing creative concepts for digital ad campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written assets
• Write clear and effective briefs for graphic designers, video editors, and UGC creators
• Collaborate with both in-house teams and freelance experts (designers, performance specialists, etc.)
• Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and capable of creating ad iterations when needed
• Analyze ad performance data to optimize creative strategies
• Monitor competitor ads and industry trends to stay ahead
• Research and gather insights about target audiences to refine messaging
• Write engaging ad copy optimized for performance

We expect you to

• Have 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a focus on creative development
• Possess a strong understanding of e-commerce and data-driven marketing
• Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and capable of making quick ad iterations
• Be fluent in Lithuanian (both written and spoken)
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Show a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Have copywriting skills for compelling, sales-driven content
• Be eager to join a fast-growing, ambitious team and contribute to its success

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400 - 3500 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
