We are looking

for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our e-commerce product group at Kilo Health. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a knack for identifying product issues, we want you on our team!

Get ready to

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
  
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  
• Test current products and identify deficiencies
  
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
  
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
  
• Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
  
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
  
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
  
• Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
  
• Collect quality data & perform regression testing
  
• Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
  
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
  
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
  

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Be experienced with a variety of testing techniques, such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Test-Driven Development strategies
• Have hands-on experience with automation tests using JavaScript and Playwright
• Have knowledge of web security technology, software QA tools, and testing processes
• Be proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Have experience with both white-box and black-box testing
• Be familiar with automated testing tools
• Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Have experience with performance and/or security testing (a plus)
• Have experience in leadership roles (a plus).

Salary

Gross salary range is 2565 - 3060 EUR/month.

Location

This position is onsite at the Kilo Health HQ in Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day.
