• Create static and video ads that not only look great—but sell
  
• Be part of a fast-moving team building multiple eCommerce brands from the ground up
  
• Bring your creativity to brainstorms, experiment with new formats, and test what works
  
• Own your workflow and meet deadlines independently
  
• Play a key role in shaping how our products show up across digital platforms

We expect you to

• Understand how to hook attention within the first 3 seconds—every time
  
• Have hands-on experience crafting UGC-style creatives for DTC brands and performance campaigns
  
• Follow TikTok and Instagram trends like it’s your job—because it is
  
• Know how to work both solo and collaboratively, with or without detailed briefs
  
• Be fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  
• Occasionally support with other creative tasks like web design elements and social media visuals
  
• Be able to shoot and produce UGC-style content yourself—we love self-starters (bonus)
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2300 - 3000 EUR/month.
