We are looking

for Content Production Manager to join the Bioma Health team—a fast-growing probiotic brand. If you're creative, hands-on, and ready to own the entire content production process from concept to delivery, this role is for you. You’ll lead shoots, collaborate with creators (especially in the US), and produce high-impact content that drives performance and reflects our brand at every touchpoint. 

Get ready to

• Own and manage the entire content production cycle – from planning to publishing
  
• Work with influencers and creators, especially in the US market, to source engaging UGC
  
• Organize and lead local photoshoots in Lithuania
  
• Provide and produce content independently
  
• Understand what’s needed to deliver impactful content (equipment, tools, setups)
  
• Write scripts and creative briefs for UGC videos, if needed
  
• Stay up-to-date with trends, brand voice, and audience expectations
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies when necessary
  

We expect you to

• Experience in e-commerce and production background is a major advantage
  
• A true ideas person – someone who can pitch, execute, and improve content constantly
  
• Ability to shoot and edit content using both a smartphone and camera
  
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and juggling multiple projects
  
• Understanding of branding, aesthetics, and how to tailor content to different audiences
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3400-4200 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
