• Monitor and optimize unit economics, burn rates, and financial KPIs
  
• Proactively spot new opportunities in the market and pitch bold investment directions
  
• Operate like a founder: make fast decisions, act on data, and push for outcomes
  
• Share insights, best practices, and hard-earned lessons with the broader venture network
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience leading product or business teams – ideally as a founder, GM, or senior operator
  
• Be fluent in digital product business models, P&L ownership, and performance-driven growth or proven track record to quickly adapt and master various industries
  
• Love working with numbers, metrics, and market dynamics – and making decisions based on them
  
• Be strategic, but also not afraid to get your hands dirty
  
• Have a strong understanding of team building, leadership, and execution in fast-paced environments
  
• Be the type of person who sees opportunities before others do – and acts fast
  
• Thrive in a high-autonomy, high-responsibility setup
  
• Bonus points if you’ve exited a startup, led a VC-backed product, or built something from scratch
  
• Extra bonus points if you're a performance marketing wizard
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 5800 - 10000 EUR/month (final offer will depend on your experience and profile).

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
