We are looking

for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the digital presence of Bioma Health, a wellness brand dedicated to science-backed health products that support gut health and overall vitality. If you’re passionate about creating digital experiences that are both beautiful and functional—across web and mobile applications—we’d love to have you on our team.

Get ready to

• Evolve the visual and functional direction of our web and mobile experiences, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business goals
  
• Take ownership of design initiatives—from discovery and wireframing to polished UI and delivery—crafting solutions that balance aesthetics with usability
  
• Use product metrics, user research, and behavioral data to inform and refine design decisions
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to prototype, test, and optimize impactful experiences
  
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual consistency and design best practices across all platforms
  
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy in your daily work while influencing the broader digital experience strategy
  

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong web and mobile app design work
  
• Be highly proficient in Figma (required); knowledge of tools like Webflow, Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a strong plus
  
• Demonstrate solid understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, typography, and accessibility
  
• Show strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and a data-informed mindset
  
• Be comfortable working end-to-end—from research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and developer hand-off
  
• Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  
• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3100-3900 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
