We are looking

for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join Moonlo team – a bold new venture combining digital innovation with physical and educational products. You’ll be creating for both a printed memory product and a digital learning platform. If you're a visual storyteller who can produce scroll-stopping ads with little direction, we want you on our team.

Get ready to

• Design static graphics and ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
  
• Edit both short-form and long-form videos, including UGC-style content, hooks, and cutdowns
  
• Add motion graphics and light animations to enhance visuals
  
• Collaborate with marketers to iterate on performance-driven creative
  
• Pitch new visual concepts and campaign ideas
  
• Stay ahead of design and platform trends
  
• Manage the projects with high quality and fast turnarounds

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing
  
• Be skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools)
  
• Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform
  
• Be a strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for pacing and detail
  
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects
  
• Communicate clearly in English & Lithuanian and thrive in a feedback-rich environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Remote opportunity is also available.
