We are looking

for a Junior CRO Specialist for Iteractive Labs team with a marketing background, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset. You should be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of working with multiple products in a fast-paced environment.

• Dive into data analysis to understand user behavior and uncover optimization opportunities
  
• Execute and manage A/B testing campaigns using the testing platform to improve conversion rate
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
  
• Present findings, data-driven insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
  

We expect you to

• Bring 1+ years of experience in marketing or related fields

• Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills with a focus on data-driven decisions
• Be comfortable managing multiple initiatives and adapting to fast-paced environments
• Show exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
• Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks based on business impact
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar is a bonus

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900 - 2600 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
