We are looking
for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - a strategic, data-driven leader who will drive our global growth, revenue strategy, and go-to-market success across multiple brands and business lines.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximize growth across all products and regions.

Focus on funnel ownership and experimentation to continuously optimize conversion, retention, and monetization.

Lead and align marketing, sales, partnerships, and monetization teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize pricing, user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Build, inspire, and scale a world-class revenue organization driven by data and experimentation.

Use performance analytics and insights to make high-impact decisions and ensure consistent revenue growth.
We expect you to
- 5+ years of experience in senior revenue, growth, or marketing leadership roles.
- A proven track record of driving double or triple-digit growth through scalable marketing, sales, and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, product monetization, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execeution and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional leadership skills — able to inspire, challenge, and empower teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar is a bonus.
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500-7000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
