We are looking

for a results-driven Email Marketing Copywriter to join our CRM & Emails team, the crew behind multiple Kilo brands’ success stories. If you’re passionate about health, psychology, and writing copy that sells, this role is for you. 

Get ready to

• Craft high-converting plain-text and promotional emails for health and wellness supplements
  
• Research and develop unique selling angles that hook readers and drive action
  
• Write copy that converts, boosting open rates, click-throughs, and sales
  
• Analyze metrics and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance
  
• Collaborate with email marketing managers and designers to support them with persuasive copy that converts
  
• Stay on top of e-commerce and email marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to test
  

We expect you to

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in direct response or conversion-focused copywriting
  
• Experience in the supplement, health, or beauty industry
  
• A proven track record of results, portfolio or performance examples that show your impact
  
• Write with precision, clarity, and creativity in American English
  
• A proactive, self-driven mindset and ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2200-2800 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
