We are looking

for a Senior Performance Creative to join the Bioma Health team—a fast-growing, forward-thinking probiotic company. If you blend creativity with a sharp performance mindset, know how to turn insights into impactful ad concepts, and can lead the full creative process from ideation to execution, this is your chance to make a real impact. 

Get ready to

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals
  
• Think of visual brand execution
  
• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, etc.
  
• Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.)
  
• Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it
  
• Analyze competitors’ ads
  
• Constantly search for new ideas and market trends
  
• Gather insights about target groups
  
• Copywrite (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPI’s)

We expect you to

• Have at least 3 years of work experience as a Performance creative
  
• Have an exceptional creative portfolio with successful e-commerce campaigns
  
• Be 100% a performance-oriented person
  
• Have a creative and analytical mindset
  
• Have experience in leading a group of people
  
• Have skills working with MS Excel
  
• Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present them in a visual and compelling way
  
• Have great English & Lithuanian skills
  
• Be curious and creative

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400 -4200 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
