For the Performance Creative Lead professional who could manage and strategically lead the Creative team in performance marketing at Bioma Health. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, creative teams to create compelling paid ad campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Get ready to

• Create promotional/sales-generating campaign strategies for existing & newly launched products together with the Creative and Marketing team.
• Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance
• Conduct thorough competitors and market analyses to stay ahead in the market.
• Create an AI-powered workspace for the Creative team.
• Contribute to the brand growth strategy and implementation.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise team members. Collaborate with your team to create new ideas and concepts.
• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital. advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals.

We expect you to

• Have experience as a Performance Creative Strategist or Creative Lead working with e-commerce brands.
• Have a solid understanding and experience in performance marketing, specifically in creating ads that convert. You know what a 'hook' or 'thumbstop' is.
• Know data analytics as your best friend.
• Be described as a great team leader and a great colleague.
• Have experience working with foreign markets, especially the USA.
• Having experience across different marketing channels is considered as a plus.

Salary

Gross salary range is 4 500 - 5 500 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing offices you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, super cool offices in Kaunas, Klaipėda, Riga. As for this role, we are looking for someone to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
