We are looking

for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer / Video Editor to help us scale our HealthTech division through high-impact visuals and video ads. At Kilo Health, we’re building innovative health insurance solutions for U.S. companies—and we need a designer who knows how to stop the scroll and spark action.

You’ll be crafting compelling static graphics, editing engaging video ads, and collaborating closely with marketers to build data-backed campaigns that convert. Get ready to

• Create static graphics and ad creatives for Meta and Google
  
• Edit both long-form and short-form videos with a performance-driven approach — from
  
• YouTube content to Meta ads, hooks, cutdowns, and UGC-style edits
  
• Bring your work to life with basic motion graphics and animated elements
  
• Collaborate with marketers to understand performance data and iterate on creatives
  
• Contribute ideas for new ad formats, visual concepts, and campaign angles
  
• Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and creative benchmarks
  
• Work across multiple projects, managing deadlines and owning the quality of your work
  
• Help build and scale our creative approach as the team and brand grow
  

We expect you to

• Be curious, analytical, and always improving your craft based on what works
• Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing
• Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understand creative strategy for performance-driven Meta ads
• Be a strong storyteller who knows how to hook viewers fast and keep them engaged
• Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 - 3500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
