We are looking

for an ambitious person to take over the Head of Growth position @ E-commerce accelerator and work with products like BurnBox, Rhea, Erodus. This is a unique opportunity to lead and scale brands in the health and wellness space, driving growth, strategy, and excellence.

The Head of Growth will be onboarding new businesses as well as working day-to-day with the CEOs and Co-founders of the products within the portfolio. The key goal for this role is to manage multiple companies within the portfolio helping them to scale profitably.

Get ready to

• Develop and onboard new e-commerce businesses, tackling growth, operational, and go-to-market challenges
  
• Collaborate with product co-founders to launch and scale successful brands
  
• Build and execute comprehensive e-commerce and retail strategies to drive growth and profitability across the portfolio
  
• Track and improve key KPIs: online and retail sales, user experience, website performance, conversion rate, supply chain efficiency, and fulfillment
  
• Monitor the competitive landscape to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, portfolio managers, group leadership, and external partners to align goals and deliver results
  
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure effective use of resources
  
• Expand brand presence in key global markets, particularly the USA and Europe
  
• Leverage technology and data to drive innovation across user experience, operations, and product offerings
  

We expect you to

• Have strong motivation to learn and build consumer-facing physical product brands
  
• Bring several years of experience in e-commerce or digital business, with solid knowledge of performance marketing
  
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to identifying trends and opportunities
  
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of team leadership and collaboration
  
• Operate as a flexible, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  
• Bonus: Have experience with stock and finance management
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 5 000 - 6 500 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
