For a Senior Creative Designer, a results-oriented individual with a strong background in design and creative strategy, to join our team at Weight Management Accelerator (WMA)! 

Get ready to

• Design and deliver multimedia graphics, videos, and marketing materials that align with brand and performance objectives
  
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, animators, and other creatives to craft and execute impactful briefs
  
• Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand results
  
• Develop and optimize engaging social media ad creatives, with a particular focus on platforms like Meta and TikTok
  
• Use testing data to refine designs and improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends through competitor research and insights into digital marketing and social media
  
• Tailor ad copy, headlines, and CTAs to resonate with target audiences and leverage platform-specific opportunities
  

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience in a professional creative role, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing campaigns or social media advertising
  
• Be skilled in motion design, with hands-on experience using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools)
  
• Have experience creating and optimizing creatives for social platforms (a strong plus if familiar with TikTok-specific trends and tools)
  
• Be a creative and analytical thinker, comfortable making data-driven decisions to optimize designs
  
• Have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to align designs with business goals
  
• Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Be highly independent, responsible for your own work, planning, and results — strong time management skills are essential
  
• Stay current with and leverage the latest AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation in your work
  
• Be highly hands-on, while effectively collaborating with other team members to achieve the best outcomes
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000 - 4000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
