We are looking

for a Digital Marketing Lead who knows how to turn data into decisions and marketing strategies into growth. You’ll take full ownership of one of our digital products, driving its scale-up and ensuring customers not only buy, but also stay and enjoy.

Get ready to

• Define and execute a digital marketing strategy that supports our mission and drives product sales through online channels
  
• Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to understand user behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
  
• Work closely with product, operations, data, customer support, and UX teams to create seamless experiences across the customer journey
  
• Build and manage performance-driven marketing roadmaps that connect strategy with execution
  
• Prioritize growth initiatives and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align business goals with customer needs
  
• Keep the team updated on marketing performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
  

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with fast-scaling products
  
• Bring a strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with tools like GA, Looker, or similar analytics platforms
  
• Demonstrate a proven track record in customer acquisition, retention, and improving conversion funnels
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complexity into actionable marketing steps
  
• Possess experience with U.S. markets (a strong plus)
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-5000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
