Get ready to

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta (key focus area), Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving customer acquisition in the US market
• Collaborate with the Creative team to analyze the effectiveness of ad creatives and identify improvement points. Provide data-driven feedback to optimize creative assets, ensuring that they resonate with target audiences and enhance campaign performance
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall marketing strategy
• Manage and optimize the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal spending across channels to achieve business objectives. Monitor and report on budget pacing and campaign performance regularly
• Identify and explore growth opportunities within existing and emerging platforms. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to uncover potential areas for expansion and innovation in paid media efforts
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms. Apply market insights to inform campaign strategy and execution

We expect you to have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years focused on DTC e-commerce, preferably within the beauty/cosmetics industry. Prior experience managing a team is a plus
  
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with key digital marketing platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
  
• Analytical Skills: ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  
• Deep understanding of the US digital marketing landscapes, consumer behaviour, and beauty market trends
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-5000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
