for an Online Reputation Manager who is passionate about our brands and committed to creating a positive experience for our customers. As the Webutation Manager, you’ll serve as the brand’s voice across digital channels, fostering a positive image and building trust with our global audience.

• Monitor brand mentions, ratings, and feedback across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Reviews, etc.
  
• Respond constructively and professionally to reviews, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and celebrating positive experiences
  
• Represent the brand’s voice consistently in discussions, reflecting our values and authentically connecting with our audience
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align reputation management with broader company goals
  
• Analyze web traffic, community growth, and engagement metrics to assess the impact of your efforts and refine strategies
  
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and reputation management to ensure our approach remains effective and relevant
  
  

We expect you to

• Be familiar with social media, review sites, forums, and other digital channels relevant to brand reputation management
  
• Bring proven experience in online reputation management, community management, or digital marketing
  
• Have a strong ability to interpret website traffic and online engagement metrics to guide strategies
  
• Excel at multitasking and managing various projects across different channels in a fast-paced environment
  
• Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative reputation management strategies
  
• Show excellent English communication skills and sound judgment for thoughtful, brand-aligned responses
  
• Be fearless, open to risk-taking, and curious to bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to reputation management
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000 - 3000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
