Get ready to

• Monitor and engage with customer reviews on various platforms (social media, e-commerce, review sites) to ensure a positive brand image
• Respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner
• Assist in managing online communities, fostering positive relationships and customer loyalty
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and resolve any brand reputation concerns
• Analyse customer feedback and trends to provide insights and recommend improvements for customer experience and satisfaction
• Support the implementation of strategies that boost client satisfaction and sales growth through reputation management

We expect you to

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bring experience in managing social media or online communities (a plus)
• Possess a customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle both positive and negative feedback professionally
• Demonstrate analytical skills to monitor trends and gather insights from reviews and feedback
• Show eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment
• Be passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer care
• Have a self-driven, motivated personality

Salary

Gross salary range is 1800 - 2100 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
