For a talented Motion Graphic Designer to elevate the visual storytelling of our brands. If you’re passionate about crafting dynamic animations and motion graphics that engage and inspire, we’d love to have you on our team at Kilo Health. 

Get ready to

• Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with our product portfolio
  
• Incorporate static design elements where needed, contributing to the overall visual aesthetic of our content
  
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft a motion design strategy that enhances user engagement and supports business goals
  
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our visual content. Push the boundaries of motion and static design to create impactful visuals
  
• Oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
  
• Measure and refine motion design content based on performance data for continuous improvement
  
  

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio of engaging animations and static design work
  
• Be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
  
• Understand e-commerce and digital marketing principles
  
• Exhibit strong project management skills and a track record of delivering on time
  
• Be a natural leader with excellent communication and mentorship abilities
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative techniques to your work
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500-3000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
